Every baseball fan knows Florida and baseball go together like a hand in glove, or better said baseball mitt. In Port Charlotte, this sustainable modular housing is adjacent to the Tampa Bay Rays Training Facility.

The balconies of these units are, essentially, private box seats creating an exclusive experience only found in Home Base Living, Port Charlotte.

Using a minimal palette of materials: the open floor plan is organized around a central stair maximizing the living space and entertainment space on the second floor. The expansive windows offer stunning views of the adjacent baseball field. Imagine catching glimpses of the game from the comfort of your living room.

This mixed used residential project features twenty multi-family apartments, twelve town homes, and a state-of -the-art community wellness center.

This design uses the best techniques in home construction; energy efficient, hurricane resistant, fireproof, and sustainable homes.

The kitchens seamlessly integrate with the entertainment area through sleek millwork. This strategic placement not only provides ample storage but also subtly divides the social zone from the sleeping quarters on the same floor.

Clerestory windows at the top of the staircase bring light into the lower levels of the homes and draw the residents upward toward the rooftop terraces. Rooftop views of the baseball fields and lush Florida landscape gleam beyond.
